Privacy at TwinKeyShot
This policy explains how TwinKeyShot handles your account, purchase, license and website browsing data.
Account, purchases and licenses
To provide the service, we process your name, email, authentication information, purchase and subscription history, license validity, connected Mac name and a hashed device identifier. Stripe processes payment information; we do not store complete card numbers. Supabase provides authentication and storage, Resend delivers account emails and Vercel hosts the website.
The app checks your license and receives update notices. The licensing system does not send the contents of your screenshots or files to the server.
Cookies and optional measurement
Essential cookies maintain your session, selected currency and language. Use the Cookies button to allow only essential cookies, allow analytics or also allow advertising. Declining measurement does not prevent registration, purchases, downloads or license use.
With your analytics consent, Google Analytics, configured through Google Tag Manager, receives pseudonymous browser identifiers and events such as visits, registration, login, checkout starts, confirmed purchases, refunds, download clicks, demo interactions and video playback requests. Purchase events include currency, value and transaction reference. Renewals are distinguished from initial purchases. We do not send your name, email, password, license key or Mac name to Analytics.
With your advertising consent, measurement may also associate conversions with Google Ads and support ad personalization. Without that authorization, advertising consent remains denied. A purchase may be recorded by the server after Stripe confirms it, even if you do not return from checkout, only when valid analytics consent exists.
Measurement preferences and consent remain valid for up to 180 days. You can change them using the Cookies button. When you withdraw consent while signed in, we remove the purchase association for future measurement and pending events. This does not automatically erase data already sent to Google; use our support channel for deletion requests.
Video and external services
The demo uses YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode. When you request playback, your browser connects to YouTube. Service providers may process information in other countries under their policies and safeguards.
Protection and retention
Access to account and payment records is restricted. We retain data needed to provide the service, comply with applicable obligations and prevent fraud. Technical measurement associations expire within 180 days; operational event delivery records are removed after 30 days. Providers may retain technical security records.
Your rights and contact
To request access, correction or deletion of your data, or ask privacy questions, use the support contact shown on your receipt or in Stripe checkout. Some transaction information may need to be retained to meet applicable obligations. Renewal cancellation is available in My account.
