Price and renewal

Each license costs R$59.90 per year in Brazilian reais or US$10 per year in US dollars, including additional licenses. Choose your currency before buying; renewals remain in that currency. Changing the displayed currency does not change existing subscriptions. Billing is annual and renewal is automatic. Checkout shows the total before confirmation. Additional purchases may have their own renewal dates; each subscription appears in your account. Renewal reminders are sent to your billing email.

What is included

Paid app features on one Mac per license, updates and email support during the paid term. You can disconnect a Mac in your account and connect another. All licenses are tied to the purchaser’s account and email and are non-transferable. Additional licenses connect other Macs on that same account. Support covers installation, activation and use of TwinKeyShot; it does not include dedicated service, customization or general computer support.

Cancellation and expiration

In My account → Subscriptions → Manage subscription and payments, you can cancel renewal and update your card. After cancellation, access remains available until the paid term ends. Without a confirmed renewal, paid features and new downloads become unavailable. Your local files and screenshots are not deleted. Cancelling renewal does not automatically issue a refund.

Connection and license

Initial activation requires internet access. The app periodically checks license validity and receives change notices while connected. A confirmed disconnection or suspension blocks features. If your Mac is offline, this takes effect when it contacts the server or its local authorization expires. Use remains limited to the subscription term. Your files and screenshots are preserved.

Use the support contact shown on your receipt or in Stripe checkout. Refund requests are assessed individually, respecting applicable consumer rights.
